The OCM is widely respected as one of the most comprehensive institutions for musical studies in Oakville
We teach only private lessons.
In small group or classroom-style lessons, students do not receive the attention they deserve.All students are different; with private
lessons, students get the personal attention that encourages their strengths and eliminates their weaknesses. Music is a fine art
which requires individualized instruction
We are an institution committed to providing quality music education for people of all ages.
The school provides individual instruction with an emphasis on self expression, creativity, fun and proper technique
We offer private
lessons in a modern studio. Preparing students for RCM examinations from grade 1 to grade 10 as well as entrance level. Other methods
are also available for the student that wants to learn solely for their own pleasure
Lessons are offered from Monday through Saturday.
Students may enroll at anytime throughout the year. You can register for lessons by phone or in person
Studio - Class is being constructed
to accommodate the increasing number of students enrolling in our school
WHY WE TEACH MUSIC
Not because we expect you to major in music;
Not because we expect you to sing all your life;
Not so you can relax,
not so you can have fun;
... But so you will be...human. So you will recognize beauty. So you will be sensitive. So you will be closer
to an infinite beyond this world. So you will have something to cling to. So you will have more love, compassion, gentleness, good--in
short, more life!
Of what value will it be to make a prosperous living unless you know how to live?

All programs are designed to develop the potential of each student and include significant one-on-one teaching with our accomplished
faculty.
It is a fun learning environment and our teachers help share the gift of music among every child. Students learn through doing,
exploring and improvisation.
Student recital is a fun-filled musical event. It is also an opportunity for our students to show the
progress they have made during the year
